Delete your PlanMundo account
This page is the web resource for deleting a PlanMundo account and the data stored with that account.
In the app (fastest)
- Open PlanMundo on your phone.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Sign in if you are not already signed in.
- Tap Delete account, confirm, and wait for the confirmation message.
That removes the PlanMundo account immediately and deletes the cloud copy of trips, notes, places, expenses, bucket list and synced preferences.
On the web (if you uninstalled the app)
Email us from the Google address you used in PlanMundo:
Include:
- The words “Delete my PlanMundo account”
- The email address on the Google account you used to sign in
We will verify the request and delete the account and associated cloud data within 30 days. We may email you once to confirm the address.
What is deleted
- Your PlanMundo Firebase account
- Cloud-synced trips, events, notes, places, expenses, bucket list and preferences
What is kept or not controlled by us
- Your app data — delete local app data by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete all local data, or uninstall PlanMundo.
- Play subscriptions — cancel in the Google Play Store. Deleting the PlanMundo account does not stop Play billing.
- Legal / security records — we may keep a minimal record of the deletion request (email and date) for up to 12 months, or longer if the law requires it.
- Backups and logs — fall out of rotating backups within 30 days.
